    Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or from anyone under 18 for account creation) and we require everyone who creates an account to confirm they are at least 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@everpayinc.com and we will delete it promptly.

    Analytics, cookies and session recording

Analytics (PostHog) and marketing measurement (Atlis) run only after you opt in through our cookie banner, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. We do not record your keystrokes, form fields or screen. If session replay is ever enabled it will run only with your consent, with all inputs masked and payment and sign-in screens excluded. Residents of California and certain other US states may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. Some marketing technologies may be treated as "sharing" under California law, which you can opt out of through cookie settings or Global Privacy Control. To submit a request, email privacy@everpayinc.com.

Where GDPR, UK GDPR or Canadian privacy law applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Some data, such as transaction and identity records, must be retained to meet anti-money-laundering and other legal obligations.
